Services
A practical path from goal to outcome.
Four services help you clarify the opportunity, evaluate a working prototype and decide what it will take to move forward.
Discovery workshops
Where should we start?
Start with your business goal. Explore users, constraints and data readiness, then prioritize an opportunity and agree how it should be evaluated.
What we work toward
- A prioritized opportunity
- Agreed evaluation questions
Duration, price and scope are agreed for each engagement.
Discuss discoveryWorking prototypes
What can we learn by trying it?
Build a focused workflow that customers can interact with and review. Evaluate feedback against agreed success criteria to inform the next decision.
What we work toward
- A working prototype
- Feedback against agreed success criteria
Synthetic or sample data and mocked integrations may be used. A prototype is not automatically production-ready.
Discuss prototypesProduction planning
What needs to be ready for production?
Consider integration, security, the operating environment, ownership and release readiness. Define the work and responsibilities needed for production.
What we work toward
- An architecture and implementation plan
- Agreed operational responsibilities
Production delivery and partner responsibilities depend on the engagement.
Discuss production planningOngoing support
How will we keep it useful?
Define what is supported, how improvements are handled and how to get help. Establish a support and maintenance arrangement appropriate to the engagement.
What we work toward
- An agreed support and maintenance arrangement
- A clear path for improvements and help
Coverage, response expectations and supported systems are agreed in scope.

Where should an engagement begin?
Begin with the business goal. A discovery workshop can help clarify users, constraints and data readiness, prioritize an opportunity, and agree on evaluation questions.
Is a working prototype ready for production?
A prototype is built to be interacted with and evaluated. It may use synthetic or sample data and mocked integrations. Production readiness requires separate consideration of integration, security, the operating environment, ownership and release work.
What is included in ongoing support?
The supported scope, coverage, response expectations and how improvements are handled are agreed for the engagement.
How are scope and delivery responsibilities agreed?
Duration, price and scope are agreed per engagement. Production delivery and any partner responsibilities are defined as part of that scope.
